Serving suggestion: Cut a lemon and a whole bulb of garlic in half and stuff into a chicken before roasting in the normal way. As the chicken cooks the garlic gives a lovely sweet flavour and aroma to the meat and the juices and the lemon helps keep the flesh moist. Baste the chicken with the juices before serving and add the remains to your instant gravy. Delicious!
